One Element at a Time

Each session guides you through one of the five elements using movement, breathwork, somatic mapping, and guided ritual. You’ll learn to listen more deeply, live more rhythmically, and embody your own wisdom.

Meet Your Facilitator

Jenel Maruk is a pelvic bodyworker, birthkeeper, and practitioner of elemental medicine. With over a decade of experience in body-based healing and women’s health, she weaves science, symbolism, and somatic practice into everything she shares.

This class is based on teachings from The Way of Yin, Institute of Applied Quantum Biology, Liz Koch, lived experience, Traditional Medicine, & Storytelling.
