About Us

 We offer Therapeutic Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture Chinese Medicine, and Birth Support.

Established in 2011 with yoga classes and birth doula services, we expanded in 2013 to include Registered Massage Therapy. By 2018, our offerings grew with the addition of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. In 2021, we proudly opened our second location in Lawson Heights, continuing to provide integrative care tailored to our clients' needs.
