Earth Anchoring — 45 Minute Session $70 A space to land back in your body. Earth Anchoring sessions bring together the work I’ve been practicing over the past 12+ years—Reiki, reflexology, herbal support, and intuitive energy work—woven into one grounded, supportive experience. This session is about connecting the energetic with the physical. Slowing down enough to feel what’s actually present, and allowing your body to receive and integrate it. What we do: We begin with simple, guided breathwork to settle the nervous system and bring awareness into the body. From there, the session moves into gentle energy work—supporting areas that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or held. This work often brings attention to patterns rooted in unprocessed emotion or long-held tension—held not just physically, but energetically as well. Reflexology points on the feet are incorporated to support grounding and integration, based on what your body needs in the moment. Herbal support may also be offered to help anchor the intention of the session beyond the treatment. This session may support: Feeling ungrounded or disconnected Emotional processing and integration Nervous system regulation Transitions, stress, or overwhelm A deeper connection to your body and inner awareness What to expect: A quiet, supportive space where nothing is forced. This is not a “fixing” session—it’s a place to listen, allow, and gently bring awareness to what’s ready to shift. Any intuitive insights or reflections will be shared at the end, if appropriate.
