Meet Hailey
Hailey is the herbalist, holistic reflexologist and energy worker behind Earth Wisdom Apothecary
Her approach has developed through more than a decade of learning across herbalism, reflexology, Reiki, crystal healing and energetic work
She looks at the whole person, including physiology, emotional experience, mental state, lifestyle and the energetic body.
There is space here to slow down, tell the whole story and begin noticing connections that can easily be missed when the body is viewed in isolated parts.
Hailey has a particular interest in supporting women navigating cycle concerns, nervous system stress and neurodivergence.

Rooted Wellness Sessions
A Rooted Wellness Session gives you space to share what has been happening in your body, your health history and what you would like support with. Hailey looks across the different pieces of your experience and helps you create an individualized path forward that may include nourishment, lifestyle changes, herbal support and other practical tools
These sessions may be useful when exploring patterns involving:

Fatigue or low energy

Stress + nervous system regulation
Skin or inflammatory patterns

Reflexology
Hailey has practiced foot reflexology since 2016. Sessions begin with attention to the feet themselves, including assessment, gentle stretching and relaxation techniques before moving into the reflexology treatment. Reflexology works with specific areas of the feet traditionally understood to correspond with different structures and systems throughout the body.
People often come because they want a deeply relaxing hands-on treatment while supporting circulation, body awareness and overall regulation.
Hailey's approach also leaves room for the emotional and energetic pieces that can arise during bodywork
Earth Anchoring Sessions
Come back into your body and reconnect with yourself.
Earth Anchoring Sessions bring together Hailey's experience with Reiki, crystal healing, reflexology and herbalism in a deeply restorative session. The experience is individualized rather than following a rigid treatment formula.
Some people come during periods of stress, transition or overwhelm while others simply feel the need to become grounded again.

Herbal medicines and body-care offerings are intentionally crafted with attention to seasonal cycles, traditional plant relationships and the landscape of Saskatchewan.
Her apothecary includes herbal extracts, teas, salves, tallow products, bulk herbs and other seasonal offerings
Many of the plants Hailey works with are grown, tended or gathered close to home.
Her philosophy of herbalism reaches beyond taking an herb for a symptom. It invites people into relationship with the plants growing around them and helps awaken the knowledge required to participate in their own care.
