Service Description

Craniosacral Therapy — 75 Minute Session (Sessions may be shorter for infants and younger children) Gentle, subtle, and deeply regulating. Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch treatment that works with the tissues and fluid systems surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Using soft, sustained contact, your therapist listens to the body and supports the release of tension patterns held within the head, spine, and sacrum. This work is quiet—but powerful. Rather than forcing change, CST follows the body’s natural rhythms, helping to ease restrictions, reduce strain, and support overall nervous system balance. This session may support: Headaches and migraines Jaw tension (TMJ) Neck and back discomfort Stress and nervous system overload Concussion support or recovery Infants and children needing gentle, supportive care What to expect: You’ll remain fully clothed, resting comfortably while your therapist uses light, precise contact—often at the head, sacrum, or along the spine. Many people experience a deep sense of calm, subtle shifts in the body, or a feeling of unwinding over the course of the session. This work is especially supportive for those who prefer a gentler approach or are working with more sensitive systems. Session Lengths: 75 minutes — standard adult session Shorter sessions available for infants and children, depending on age and needs All sessions are provided by trained practitioners and may be eligible for insurance coverage when performed by a Registered Massage Therapist.
