Everything You've Been Told About The Body Is Incomplete.
You were taught that the body is made of organs, hormones, genes, calories, and chemistry.
Those matter.
They're just not the whole story.
Health emerges through conversation.
Every second, trillions of microbes communicate with your immune system, hormones, brain, metabolism, fertility, cardiovascular system, and circadian rhythms.
Once you see those conversations, you won't see the body the same way again.
Imagine If...
• Everything suddenly felt connected.
• Food became information, not just calories.
• Research started making sense.
• You recognized patterns instead of chasing symptoms.
This isn't another nutrition class.
It's a different lens.
Why This Matters
Microbiome research is reshaping biology.
Every month reveals new connections between microbes and nearly every system in the body.
Most people still think the microbiome means probiotics.
The science moved on years ago.

I created Microbiome First because I believe understanding our microbial ecosystems is one of the most important shifts happening in health today. When we begin seeing the body as an interconnected living ecosystem instead of a collection of isolated parts, everything changes—from how we care for ourselves to how we support the next generation.
My goal isn't simply to teach more information.
It's to help you see the human body through an entirely new lens.
